This diploma thesis deals with a proposal for the elimination of losses on press brakes and the overall improvement and optimization of the press brake process. The design part of the work contains two proposals, both with the aim of eliminating losses and increasing the performance of the press break workshop. The work is divided into six main parts from the theoretical starting points, through the analysis of the entire production process, detailed analysis of the bending process, to the design of the solution and its evaluation.

Využití odkorňovací hlavice harvestoru v podmínkách kůrovcové kalamity

The aim of this thesis was to describe the use of debarking head of one grip harvester in the salvage logging. For this purpose, a time study was chosen in which debarking heads with usual tools were compared with debarking heads with debarking sets on five research plots with two machines. The manufacturing process was divided into several operations, which were evaluated separately. Specifically, it was divided into operations: searching, felling, fall of the tree, manipulation, delimbing, and ascertainment. In the next step the quality of debarking was observed, depending on the moisture and on the diameter of logs. Debarking heads were measured during the growing season. It was discovered that the debarking head with debarking set needed twice as much time to process the whole tree as a head with usual tools. Delimbing contributes more than half to this difference. Furthermore, it was discovered that debarking quality does not dependent on the log's moisture at the time of harvest but on the hydraulic pressure of knives and feed rollers. Considering dimensions, the central parts of logs were debarked the best. Following these evaluations, recommendations were made for the practice of using machinery with debarking heads and improving debarking quality.

Use of Time during Physical Education Classesat the 2nd Level of Elementary

The aim of my work was to find out how the time is being used during the PE (Physical Education) lessons at lower secondary schools. I was looking at contents of each part of the lesson, teacher's organizing and controlling activity, the number of pupils who did exercise and thein relation to time effectiveness of exercise unit. The work is dividend into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is dealing with a locomotor activity, physical education, physical education in Framework Educational Programme (for Elementary Education), PE teacher, organization and controlling PE class unit and effectivity of schooling the PE. The methods used in a practical part to solve the results were chronometer and observation. The surfy took place at lower secondary schools of four Primary schools in Kadaň. In diploma thesis describes the use of labour studies in industrial production, ap-plied in the factory. There are used as a method of analysis work environment, analysis time fund employee and frame work for the analysis of the course of busi-ness lines. Labour productivity was assessed using chronometry. After this evalua-tion, it was necessary to create a new one using the working standard chronome-try, which was also verified using non-direct methods MOST.
